What began as a humble dream built on family, flavour, and the sea has grown into one of El Palmarcito’s favourite coastal dining spots. After the success of their first restaurant, Don Oscar and Doña Rosita expanded their passion for authentic Salvadoran seafood and hospitality into what is now Restaurante Rosita.

With over 30 years of culinary experience, Doña Rosita pours her heart into every dish, blending tradition, fresh local ingredients, and the bold flavours of the coast. From whole fried fish and ceviches to cocteles and shrimp specialties, our seafood is sourced daily from the waters of El Palmarcito by Restaurante Rosita’s own fishermen.

Born and raised in El Palmarcito, Don Oscar spent his life connected to the ocean as a fisherman before bringing this lifeless beachfront rancho back to life alongside his wife. Today, Restaurante Rosita is a celebration of family, culture, and fresh coastal flavour — where every meal tells the story of the sea.
